COMPdata's Automated Reporting System Quarter-End Notifications for missing data reporting: End-of-quarter notifications for missing data will be sent 30, 15, and last 7 days prior to a final submission due date. Please submit early to meet deadlines. By State mandate, it is the facilities responsability to ensure all required reporting is complete and entered on time.
IDPH requires that facilities maintain a "Primary" and "Backup" contact responsible for the collection and entering of this data set. IDPH also asks that you ensure any new staff are provided internal information, deparments and their contacts to complete submission in a timely manner.
User Account and HIPAA Compliance: The designated Primary User manages User accounts. To ensure inactive accounts are removed from the system, primary users must immediately notify COMPdata of a User’s status change, such as separation of employment or changes in duties.
