The Primary User is designated for each facility or Health System to manage User accounts*

• Data Coordinator Primary/Secondary IP/OP discharge data submission. 
• Data Coordinators Reporting for Multiple Facilities for those who need to be assigned to more than one facility
• Vendor  A facility authorized vendor who submits IP/OP discharge data on their behalf
• Update My Account Information for all existing User accounts

*Note: With each new account request, the Primary account holder is required to provide written authorization to be uploaded into the form.
